For many people, a voice on the phone at the Ashtabula Area Intergroup Office is their first contact with A.A. They want to know what they can do about where their life has taken them. There are also calls from out of town visitors looking for a meeting and members asking about A.A. activities.
Telephone volunteers from member groups monitor the 24-hour hot line. Volunteers to help answer phones, process mailings and general staff support are always welcome.
